The iconic Anatole Hotel in Dallas turned to Portfolio Associates for architecture and interior design for the renovation of its 1,600 guestrooms, over 330,000 square feet of meeting space, addition of a new ballroom and destination spa and large-scaled public space. Playing to the contemporary base of the buildings and superb collection of the hotel’s vast and varied Asian art, the design brought the elements together to define the reinvented Hilton Anatole Hotel. Tight schedules while working in one of the busiest hotels in the nation required multiple phased planning and construction and precise design and documentation.The project budget exceeded $65 million spread over a huge amount of renovation scope and the project was completed in slightly over two years.
