OMNI HOTEL at        CNN CENTER

Anchoring the CNN Center complex and overlooking Centennial Olympic Park, the Omni Hotel holds a uniquely impressive position in revitalized downtown Atlanta. The lobby, bar, restaurant and kitchen were stripped to their structure in order to refocus the spaces to take advantage of the city views. The melding of CNN’s global reputation with the Olympic theme of “One World” served as the design basis for the project. The hotel bar, Latitudes, is a central gathering area for guests of the hotel and visitors to CNN Center alike. Prime Meridian, the upscale restaurant, continues the global theme and features “cuisines of the world.” The restaurant’s focal points are its full display kitchen with pizza oven and round wine library wall with rolling ladder access.
